What supplements are Thalassemia Major taking everyday
The basic Supplements a thalassemia major should take everyday or even more. From the picture right to left they are Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 100mg tablet, Vitamin B Complex tablet (no dose amount written), Folic Acid 5mg tablet, Vitamin D3 1000IU (25mcg) tablet, Wheatgrass 250mg tablet and lastly Oyster Calcium 250mg with Vitamin D tablet, wheatgrass and calcium tablet I took twice a day, remember different person has different needs of supplements and doses, peace.
